Thank you for shopping with SignDasher. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully, as it outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns.
1. Refunds
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds: We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Defective Products: If you receive a defective sign, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and provide a refund if the product is found to be defective.

Inaccurate Production Timeframes: If the production timeframes provided at the time of purchase are not met, and this delay is not communicated to you in advance, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for further assistance.
1.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, please email admin@signdasher.com. If we did not print and ship your sign on time, please email us. You can be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason. All sales are final.
3. Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping
3.1 Defective Items: If your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a refund or replacement as appropriate.
3.2 Shipping Carrier Liability: We do not assume liability for any damage or loss that occurs during transit by the shipping carrier. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Order Cancellation: All orders are final. We commence production as soon as possible. Once the production process has begun, cancellations may not be possible. You may email admin@signdasher.com for inquiries.
4.2 Custom Orders: Orders for customized or personalized signs cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
